Drawing with Conte

I was experimenting with Conte over the weekend, I love to draw and using the Conte had a more dramatic effect than just a graphite pencil.I used canson grey paper, smooth surface.
The drawing of the little girl was a request from her mother, our accountant at the office, and the other portrait is a drawing exercise from the book "Keys to Drawing" by Bert Dodson.
p.s. anybody have tips on publishing the blog? I seem to have trouble placing the photos where I would like them to be and the paragraph seems to be breaking.

wow, I LOVE what you've done with Mira's daughter's portrait.
The conte effect is pretty cool. It really brings out your core talent, which is drawing. So technically sound.
well done!

I love your conte drawings!

You asked about control over the placement of pictures and breaking paragraphs. I just started my own blog and found that when I uploaded a picture I get a choice to have it centered. When I take that choice, they are stacked and the text starts under the pictures.

Paragraph breaks work most of the time with simple carrier returns. I do have one problem with on post not breaking. I think if I use text (the html break tag) it might work.

whoopse - can show the break tag around the text. Look under the comment box at the b tag. When you want to close it, insert a / in front of the b.
